VICTORIAN HOLIDAY WALKING TOUR

Friday, Dec 15 | 5pm

Cozy up with a cup of hot cocoa and join us for a walk through our quaint, waterside village to explore the surprising Victorian origins of many modern Holiday traditions. View historic buildings along Main Street and discover how local families gathered for Thanksgiving, made merry at Christmas, and rang in the New Year - and how those celebrations would have been very different for whalers out at sea!

Recommended for Adults and Kids ages 7+. Tickets are nonrefundable unless the event is cancelled by the museum.

Things to know...

Meet at the Museum's gallery. You may use free street parking by the museum (279 Main Street), or use the free Main Street parking lot a 5-minute walk away (located 90-126 Main Street, next to the Cold Spring Harbor Post Office.) If you park by the lot, your return walk back to the museum will be shorter.
Tour is held outdoors for approximately 45 min-1 hour. Please dress accordingly.
